If I Were Running For President

If I were running for president ...
1. I'd clean out all of the skeletons in my closet and share them with the public so they wouldn't be surprised
2. I'd get my head examined b/c it takes a special person to want to be president
3. I'd check all mirrors and friends to make sure that I and they are up for the challenge
4. I'd get in shape; campaigning takes a toll on your mind body and soul
5. I'd honestly answer all questions and avoid misrepresentation of nuances/facts
6. I'd keep my word no matter what and if I had to back pedal then I would be honest about the events that led to such
7. I'd play it clean and not get into mud slinging, the facts are scary enough no need to distort
8. I'd surround myself with a diverse bunch of brains and a few jerks just to keep me grounded and to help me see what things in a different way
9. I'd make sure I prepare myself by getting in touch with what makes America America
10. I'd become a student of the world, so I'd be comfortable with people and cultures beyond our borders

But, alas I am not - I'm blogging (smile)
